We are new — and intentionally small. We take on only the clients and journeys we can serve exceptionally well. That is not a limitation. It is how we work.
Meridian wasn't born from a travel industry career. It was born from twenty years of watching what happens when someone finally gets the experience they actually wanted — not the one they settled for.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Master's in Organizational Psychology, the work was always the same — help people get clear on what they actually want, then build the conditions for it to happen. A career overseeing multi-million dollar projects built the rest: knowing how to plan meticulously, anticipate every contingency, and deliver when it counts. Not for what someone says — but for what they mean. That same discipline, applied to luxury travel, changes everything.
The parallels were impossible to ignore. The best coaching engagements and the best journeys share the same DNA — someone who listens without agenda, prepares for everything, and refuses to let the outcome be anything less than extraordinary. Meridian exists because those two things — a career built on helping people get what they actually want, and a lifelong passion for the experiences that make life worth living — were always going to find each other.
